Requirements for the UK work permit visa

The applicant must meet the English Language requirement either through a degree taught in English or by obtaining an IELTS for UKVI certificate with CEFR Level A1 at the time of the initial application. The spouse in the UK must have an annual income of at least £18,600/-, and if the applicant has children who will also join them in the UK, they will require additional funds. However, English proficiency will not be necessary if the applicant is over 65 years old or has a physical or mental condition that prevents them from meeting such requirements. Moreover, if the applicant is a national of a specified country, they do not need to prove English proficiency as per UKVI rules. UK Start-up Visa
The UK Start-up Visa is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to establish their business in the UK for the first time. Applicants must also provide proof of English language proficiency, either through a degree taught in English or by taking an IELTS for UKVI exam with CEFR Level B2. The visa allows the applicant to bring their family along, and during the granted time of leave, the applicant can also take on other work outside of their business to support themselves.
UK Innovator Visa
UK Innovator Visa is a new Business Visa Route that has been introduced by the UK Government to replace the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa. It is intended for genuine entrepreneurs who want to start a business in the UK that is innovative, viable, and scalable. Your proposed business plan will be assessed and endorsed by an approved endorsing body. The visa allows you to bring your family with you to the UK. Initially, the visa is granted for three years, and after this period, an extension for a further two years may be granted. After a total of five years, Permanent Residency can be applied for, and you and your family can be granted a UK Passport for a total time of six years.
